RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an error or defect on our part.

PRODUCTS

We strive to offer our customers the highest quality products we can find. All our handmade items are made when the order is placed to the customer's specifications. We use heat sealing techniques on our bow ends to prevent fraying. Some of our products are made with handpainted resins, small buttons, bottlecaps or floral embellishments that could pose a choking hazard. Never leave a young child unattended while using our products. Our products are for use at your own risk. By placing an order you agree that Gabriella Bella Boutique accepts no liability for use, misuse, or lack of supervision while using our products.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are secure while using our online shopping cart. We ship orders within 4-6 days of order placement. Custom orders may take longer and you will be notified as to when expect shipment. We ship orders via USPS Priority Mail which usually takes 2-3 days (not counting holidays and weekends) after the order ships. Every effort will be made to process your order as soon as possible. We will contact you via email once your order is shipped.

We carefully package our products to ensure they arrive safely. We cannot, however, be responsible for them once they leave our hands.

Insurance is optional, but recommended for $1.30 for every $50. (All boxes are shipped with delivery confirmation for your peace of mind.)

International Orders will be shipped via First Class International USPS.
